Woody Associates looks forward to participating at the International Baking Industry Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2028. 

Representatives of Woody Associates, Inc. presented several models of the Woody Stringer at the International Baking Industry Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada. Woody Associates’ new Servo Stringer was presented for the first time. This Stringer allows for users to change and save patterns with the touch of a button, instead of altering patterns using knobs and cranks. The unit is capable of running at speeds of up to 1,000 cycles-per-minute.

Several additional models of the famous Woody Stringer were on hand for the show including the Random Stringer, a 50” heavy-duty wash down model, an 18” stainless steel machine, and a standard 10” Stringer along with the newly redesigned Hand Operated Decorator. These models display the versatility that makes the Stringer a must-have item for both large bakery manufacturers and mom and pop confectionery users alike.
